“I joined Health 360 about a year ago and am very pleased with facilities. After going there for a year (being very observant), I noticed that they have a physical therapy center in the gym.
I met with Chris Faulds for an assessment and laid out my various aches and pains . . . neck, shoulder, and knees (contrary to the inane babbling on the afternoon talk shows, 60 is not the new 40). He asked me about my medical history, lifestyle, and exercise regimen and took some measurements of my flexibility (a test I failed miserably). I told him I’d had arthroscopic surgery on both knees and my doctor said, due to arthritis, the next stop was a knee replacement. Really?
Chris suggested PT might help . . . no big promises, just that there are things we could do that did not involve re-sectioning my leg. He told me I was bowlegged and that condition was loading the inside of my knees. I told him I never did any leg exercises or intense stretching and used arch supports in my shoes, all of which were the opposite of what I should be doing. Who knew?
After limping around for the past few years, I was a tad bit skeptical, but decided to go forward. He corrected my posture, both standing and sitting, showed me a series of stretches and exercises, and explained what each movement was doing as far as joint, ligament and muscle rehab.
The results have been dramatic. No more eating Advil like M&Ms or putting ice packs on my joints. If I get knee or shoulder pain, I stretch the joints and the pain subsides. My workouts, my golf game and my overall quality of life have all improved. I would recommend Chris (and Keystone) to anyone with joint or muscle pain—he made a huge difference to me. Thanks, Chris.”

“I was a patient at Keystone Physical Therapy at Mayfield Village location. Chris Faulds was my therapist. I had 12 screws and a bar put in my lower back. Chris did a wonderful job of my rehab on my back. He knew what to do and push me in each exercise program. Instead of two days a week, he recommended three times a week for the program. I believed, that is why my recovery was so much faster. Even my surgeon was shock how fast I recovered. This last summer I golfed three times a week (even though I had to take a cart) and bowling two times a week and work 40 hours a week…. and I’m 72 years old! The last two times I was able to walk 9 holes. I have recommend Keystone here at Mayfield Village.”

“I’ve had a lot of P.T. at various facilities and this was by far the best. Far more one on one with the therapist and I made more progress than ever before. I wouldn’t’ go anywhere else now and I highly recommend you (Chris) to others. Thank you for all the help!”

“I highly recommend Chris and the facility. I was very satisfied with the entire experience, from the ease and efficiency of registration, through the treatment and release with plan to continue home program. It is a friendly, comfortable environment and Chris is very knowledgeable.”

“I was skeptical at first. I had tried chiropractic, massotherapy and a host of medication. It only took a few visits to change my perception of physical therapy and start feeling relief from constant pain. Chris, through his coaching, exercises and hands on stretching, has completely turned around a problem where I thought surgery was the only option. Chris is deeply invested in not only making sure you are pain free but that you know how to maintain that feeling independently. His encouraging yet “tough” approach motivates you to work through the difficult spots. I am grateful to Chris and his staff for helping me get back to the active lifestyle that I was sorely missing. I would recommend his services to anyone!”
