Step 1: Go through the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). The FMS allows us to better prescribe a workout for your athletic needs.
What is a Functional Movement Screen?
Put simply, the FMS is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness. Once this is completed our athletes are then given specific routines based on improving their FMS score. We believe there is much more to strength and conditioning than just strength and conditioning.
Step 2: Complete Introductory Classes. Introductory Classes are the athletes chance to learn their custom program that we design for them based off their FMS and Performance Assessment.
We recommend you purchase the Intro Package, which includes 3 Functional Movement Screens, 3 Intro Classes and 2 Performance Assessments.
Step 3: Now you can join the Performance Institute and start getting results!
Training: Athletes are placed into training categories based on their previous training experience, Functional Movement Screen Score, and age.
